Job Summary
Passenger Service Agent to check in passengers at the ticket counter and gates, verify passenger documents, assign seats, provide gate information, check baggage, and assist passengers with issues in the airport. Responsibilities include hosting self-service kiosks, verifying documents, interpreting identification labels for baggage routing, keeping work areas organized, and making announcements in the gate area. Must adhere to uniform guidelines and safety policies, and be able to work on-site in Charlotte, NC. Required skills include proficiency in English, strong communication, computer usage for systems, a positive demeanor, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
