Job Summary
Assist passengers and property to arrive safely; perform computerized check-in, designate seat assignments, verify documentation for international and domestic flights, ensure boarding passes are issued for assigned charter flights, verify tickets and seat reservations, match manifest to on-board count, assist with various governmental agency requirements, connect and disconnect jetway/stairs as necessary, and announce arrivals and departures. Maintain safety, security, wellbeing and compliance with company policies, and adhere to health and safety rules. Be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license and FAA identification, be proficient in English, and be available for variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License and other FAA required identification/seals.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Work is done indoors and outdoors – must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.
