Job Summary
Passenger Service Agent duties include greeting passengers and airline personnel, assisting with tickets and boarding, monitoring the ticket counter and self-service check-in queues, guiding passengers to gates, handling baggage assistance, and providing general information. The role requires clear verbal and written English communication, ability to read reference documents to determine destinations, ability to stand for the shift, and the physical ability to move luggage and assist passengers. Compliance with confidentiality, uniform policy, background checks and drug testing is required. The position is part-time with a shift from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm in Worcester, MA, US, and compensation ranges from $10.50 to $31.00 per hour depending on airport location.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a working telephone number for contact
- Must have reliable telephone and transportation
