Job Summary
Conduct computerized check-in for international and domestic travel, designate seat assignments, and verify documentation for all flights. Ensure correct boarding passes are issued, match manifests to on-board counts, and assist with governmental agency requirements. Connect and disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary while announcing arrivals and departures. Maintain safety, security, and wellbeing compliance in accordance with workplace health and safety rules. Must be at least 18 years old, possess one year of customer service experience, and be available for variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- One (1) year Customer Service experience
- HSD or GED
- Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable)
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs
