Job Summary
Provide check-in services for passengers, issue boarding passes and baggage tags, and handle ticketing/reservations and baggage claims. Serve as gate agent for outbound flights, ensure compliance with regulations and security procedures, greet passengers, and deliver excellent customer service with clear communication in a fast-paced airport environment. Proficient in Amadeus & World Tracer; maintain professional appearance, multitask effectively, and adapt to varying schedules. No travel required; 24/7 service hours with both full/part-time shifts. Must have high school diploma or GED and pass background checks, with ability to read/write/speak English.
