Job Summary
Check-in passengers and handle baggage drop-off while issuing boarding passes. Provide flight information, schedules, and travel documentation to travelers. Resolve passenger complaints and concerns by offering solutions and alternatives. Assist individuals with navigating the airport, including directions to gates and baggage claims. Support passengers with special needs through wheelchair assistance or escort services. Requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, and fluency in English. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
