Job Summary
Escort arriving and departing special assistance passengers through the airport on foot, by wheelchair, or electric buggy. Drive passengers in and around the airside and landside areas. Provide assistance with passenger luggage and ensure wheelchairs and buggies remain clean and tidy. Complete the Daily Equipment Check Sheet to maintain operational reliability and report equipment defects per inspection procedures. Update Centralised Control on progress using IT handsets and submit all necessary paperwork legibly and promptly. Maintain professionalism, politeness, and courtesy at all times while performing any additional reasonable duties assigned by operational management. Full training and airport pass provided.
Required Qualifications
