The Passenger Service Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to passengers and visitors at the airport. Responsibilities include greeting passengers, assisting with check-in and boarding processes, providing accurate flight information, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with airline and airport regulations. The position requires individuals to lift up to 70 pounds, maintain a tidy work environment, and participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

  • Airlines operate 24/7, requiring flexibility in scheduling
