Job Summary
Passenger Service Agent responsibilities include checking in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates, handling customer concerns about ticketing and baggage, answering inquiries about flight schedules and fares, and making announcements at the gate. The role requires coordinating flight movement messages between the gate, ground handling, flight crew, and airport vendors. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, possess basic computer skills, be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance. A valid driver’s license is required for some airports. The position involves lifting up to 70 pounds, standing and moving for extended periods, and being flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
