Job Summary
Passenger Experience Assistant at London Southend Airport, responsible for delivering exemplary passenger service by attending to passenger needs, assisting with check-in, guiding boarding at departure gates, aiding passengers with reduced mobility, covering duties in Food & Beverage and Retail outlets, supporting the cleaning team to maintain high presentation standards, and assisting passengers across Surface Access areas. The role requires strong communication, ability to work independently and within a team, and delivering high standards of customer service within a 24/7 airport operation with flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
