Job Summary
Passenger Assistant for Home to School Transport (term-time) requiring availability during morning and afternoon school runs in Torbay. Responsibilities include providing reassurance and practical support to children, communicating with parents/carers, the Home to School Transport Team, school representatives, and drivers to ensure child safety and smooth route operation. Role includes Independent Travel Training (ITT) duties, travel to a child’s home or meeting point, and reimbursement of travel expenses. Enhanced Criminal Record Check required. Role is onsite with no visa sponsorship. Salary around £24,796/year (approx. USD 30,995) and is term-time only with potential ITT activities during school holidays.
