Job Summary
Flex Houseparents are two-person married couples who live on-campus in student homes to care for 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and development activities. They drive students to activities, plan and participate in recreational and developmental activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and can transition to a placed houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for legally married couples
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Desire to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
