Job Summary
PAS Specialist role described as a Full-time Flex Houseparent position for a married couple. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially works nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Both spouses must apply individually. Required experience: working or volunteering with youth; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; commitment to a family-like, school-based residential environment. Relocation assistance provided; on-campus housing and meals included as part of compensation.
Required Qualifications

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Two-year minimum marriage for both spouses (two-person role)
- Both spouses must complete individual applications
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
