Job Summary
PAS Specialist two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role for married couples in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventually placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Salary $44,768 per person (~$168,000 total per couple with benefits) plus relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27+, with strict campus rules and lifestyle expectations.

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
