Job Summary
Two-person, married-for-at-least-two-years team sought to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus, residing in student homes to supervise and mentor ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, coordinating routines and schedules, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off cycle to a placed houseparent arrangement in the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years, age 27 or older per spouse
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
