Job Summary
Two-person role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, budgeting, and religious devotions for a group of 8–13 students. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; role advances to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Compensation includes $44,768 per person with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; includes on-campus housing and meals while on duty. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrated integrity. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and able to reside within a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
