Job Summary

Party Reference Data Service Desk Analyst acts as the primary point of contact for PRD end users across multiple platforms (e.g., Party Central, GEMS, RMS), collaborating with Reference Data Technology, Product Owners, and Operations to analyze and resolve functional, data, and technical issues. Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert on business processes and data content, leading daily production issue calls, publishing metrics and trend analyses for senior management, identifying opportunities for automation, and maintaining knowledge bases and self-service resources. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in financial services, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, attention to detail, independent work capability, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Preferred familiarity with reference data and tools like JIRA, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, Business Objects, and SQL. Working hours are 11:00am-8:00pm EST. Final job grade may differ from posting. Not eligible for employer immigration sponsorship.
