Job Summary
Lead birthday parties and special events with high energy; transform spaces into engaging, kid-friendly experiences; independently run activities, games, and camp-style activities; connect with children, remember names, celebrate achievements, and create moments families will remember; perform energetic acts and dances (e.g., dinosaurs, superheroes) to entertain kids and guide parties at The Little Gym's Mansfield location; weekend availability and the ability to take ownership of the fun.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in event/party entertainment preferred
- Ability to lead groups and manage activities for kids
- Availability to work on weekends
- Energetic and engaging personality
- Ability to create a fun and safe party environment
- Strong communication with both children and parents
