Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Michaels store events including kids birthday parties and craft classes; provide friendly customer service, assist with checkout and BOPIS/SFS processes; perform event setup/breakdown, face painting, and activity facilitation; manage party add-ons and client communications; ensure safety, cleanliness, and SOP adherence; cross-train in Custom Framing production; engage guests of all ages and promote store services and loyalty programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience working with children and children’s events
- Must have good communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication as well as listening skills
- Must have excellent people skills
- Retail and/or customer service experience required
