Job Summary
Party Hosts create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere by greeting guests, delivering an exceptional celebration experience, helping with party setup, arranging tables, delivering food, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean event space. They escort guests to event spaces, promote party enhancements and packages, ensure spaces are staged and polished, coordinate with management for supplies and décor, support event flow during gatherings, handle post-event follow-up communications, complete opening/closing tasks, and stay knowledgeable about current promotions and offerings to guide guests through experiences. Strong guest satisfaction mindset, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Meets Ring Up Program requirements
- Food Handler, state alcohol certification required
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- Able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion
