Job Summary
Party & Event Supervisor oversees Kids parties and events, trains and coaches party hosts, coordinates with departments to ensure smooth events, and ensures a safe, engaging experience for children and guests. Responsibilities include supervising team members with restocking, cleaning, and setup; coaching hosts; planning activities and lesson plans; coordinating family registrations and event prep; and delivering friendly, professional interactions to members and guests. Requires ability to train/coach teammates, communicate effectively, organize activities, promote programs, and work evenings and weekends. High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
