Job Summary
Party & Event Host responsible for leading kids through engaging activities (rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, gym games) with nutrition education, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high participation. Manages groups of up to 10 children aged 3-13 with a positive, outgoing attitude; demonstrates courtesy, hospitality, and professionalism to customers while promoting monthly events to boost participation and revenue. Must be able to work weekends/evenings and pass required First Aid and CPR/AED within the stated timelines. Lifelong commitment to an inclusive, diverse environment and delivering high-quality experiences at Life Time facilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of related experience
- First Aid within the first 60 days of hire
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within the first 60 days of hire
- Ability to tolerate loud noises
- Ability to frequently stand; walk; use hands, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
