Party & Event Host PT Moscow ID

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Michaels store events (including kids' birthday parties and craft classes) in Moscow, ID. Deliver friendly customer service, guide participants through craft activities, perform face painting and related activities, and manage event logistics such as backups, add-ons, and client communications. Responsibilities include coordinating multiple events, handling administrative tasks (emails, calls, paperwork), ensuring safety and cleanliness, and engaging guests of all ages while promoting store programs and services (Rewards, VOC surveys, BOPIS/SFS). This role requires energy, excellent people skills, experience with children’s events, strong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a retail environment with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
