Job Summary
Manage the entire birthday party department by serving as the first point of contact to design food, drinks, and attractions for groups ranging from church events to corporate team building. Train party staff members, ensure the party management system is followed, and resolve conflicts quickly to exceed guest expectations. Sell party packages, follow up with guests, and drive financial results with the leadership team while maintaining safety in a secure environment. Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with full availability.
Required Qualifications
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday full availability
- Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Family Entertainment scene
- Ability to represent Urban Air and its offerings to guests
- Ability to sell party packages
- Ability to follow up with guests
- Ability to resolve conflict quickly and fairly
- Ability to ensure customer experience is excellent
- Ability to set goals and achieve those goals through and with your team
- Ability to mentor young people
- Ability to train party staff members
- Ability to manage birthday operations
- Ability to manage the entire birthday party department
- Ability to work hand-in-hand with the Leadership Team to drive financial results
