Job Summary
Manage the entire birthday party department by serving as the first point of contact for guests to design food, drinks, and attractions for groups ranging from churches to corporate teams. Train party staff members, manage birthday operations, and ensure the party management system is followed while exceeding guest expectations. Sell party packages, follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction, and resolve conflicts quickly and fairly. Work Friday through Sunday with full availability, representing the brand with high energy in a safe, secure environment. Drive financial results with the Leadership Team and fulfill other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday full availability is a must
- You must be able to represent
- Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week
