Job Summary
Host youth parties and events as the main point of contact, greeting guests, guiding entertainment, and ensuring high-energy, safe experiences. Manage refreshments and attractions while cleaning and organizing spaces before and after events. Handle unexpected challenges quickly and fairly to build positive relationships with children and parents. Work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shifts at HCI Sports & Fitness in Bee Cave. Hourly rate ranges from $12-16.75 with a complimentary membership included.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (all or a combination of days)
- An attentive, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Must enjoy working with children
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to problem solve on the fly
- Capacity to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- At least 16 years of age
