Job Summary
Lead sales and service in a Michaels store by coaching team, driving KPIs, and overseeing events and in-store programs (Balloons, birthday party operations, Knit & Sew Shop with the Cut Bar, and Custom Framing). Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and operational expectations; provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; optimize POS and Self-Checkout usage; drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery; promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend protection offerings; train and develop team members; uphold Asset Protection practices; and contribute to a customer-focused culture and engaging in-store experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years retail leadership experience
