Job Summary
Plan and coordinate multiple events, including children's birthday parties and craft classes, while demonstrating and instructing participants on project completion and performing face painting. Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards, adjust plans based on client feedback, and create backup or emergency plans as needed. Ensure client satisfaction by setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each event, while engaging customers of all ages with friendly service and fast checkouts. Complete operational tasks such as truck unloading, merchandise recovery, and store maintenance, plus assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS. Work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a public retail setting.

- Experience working with children and children's events
- Good communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication as well as listening skills

- Retail and/or customer service experience
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings

- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
