Job Summary
Opportunity: Grow Your Career delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store; upholds merchandising standards and loss-prevention practices; promotes credit and loyalty programs; participates in store recovery and safety practices; collaborates with teammates to provide honest, respectful service and positive store culture. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, counting change, supporting store recovery, executing merchandising procedures, and assisting with stock preparation for the sales floor. Requirements include strong customer service, effective communication, organization, flexibility to adapt to changes, ability to lift heavy objects, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
