Job Summary
PartSource Supply Chain Analyst will partner with PartSource, Supply Chain, Transportation and DC teams to ensure inventory is delivered to the right place at the right time and to drive continuous improvements in the product flow. Lead cross-functional workgroups to optimize inventory process flow for performance, cost, sustainability and reliability; identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve service using continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies; measure inbound flow efficiency and report progress to Senior Leaders; support PartSource Inventory team as needed.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge and experience with auto parts, automotive systems and components
- Minimum 5 years in a Logistics or Supply Chain related capacity
- Experience with AI, data reporting, visualization & automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Macro, Python etc.) is a strong asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), KNIME, SQL
- Project coordination and timeline management skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence decisions without direct authority
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Systematic and logical problem solving
- Ability to prioritize action plans in a time-sensitive, complex environment
