Job Summary
Parts Wholesale Outside Sales Representative position focused on growing wholesale parts business through relationship management and sales generation in the automotive industry.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the automotive parts wholesale industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory on a regular basis.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and terminology (both OEM and aftermarket).
- Proficiency in using CRM software, parts electronic leads and other sales tools.
