Parts Washer

Clean metal parts of foreign materials to prepare for welding and assembly, ensuring all components meet cleanliness and quality standards before production. Maintain the cleaning system including hoses and fluid, and regularly remove sludge from screens and pits. Roll carts to and from the parts cleaning area while coordinating component flow with other departments. Adhere to strict safety and environmental procedures, requiring PPE, the ability to handle equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving standing, walking, and exposure to noise and varying temperatures. Foster a collaborative environment by driving cross-functional improvements and respectfully listening to team concerns.
