Parts Warehouse Specialist

Manage customer service and stocking duties for parts sales, receiving, and delivery to ensure efficient, safe, and profitable department operations. Directly handle incoming shipments including loading and unloading, while maintaining records for inbound and outbound transactions using RDO Truck Centers guidelines. Operate dealership equipment such as forklifts safely and proficiently, ensuring internal and external customers receive correct parts timely. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by marking parts according to prearranged systems and assisting with cycle counts. Communicate freight charges and shipment statuses, proactively report inventory discrepancies, and adhere to all DOT, local, state, and federal guidelines. Follow safety rules and company policies while presenting a professional image to customers and the community.
