Job Summary
Process internal parts orders, order components from John Deere and approved vendors, and ensure customers receive correct parts timely. Provide follow-up and escalation for back orders while communicating freight charges and shipment statuses. Ship, receive, and stock parts daily, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Use dealership equipment, forklifts, and other resources safely. Proactively manage inventory control by reporting discrepancies. This role requires a valid driver's license, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working in a heavy equipment parts department
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficient with computers and software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs and applications
- Ability to lift weights up to 65 pounds
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings, which includes a background check and drug test
