Job Summary
Parts Counter Specialist with a focus on assisting customers in determining parts requirements, selling parts, and processing orders. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean in-store display, presenting merchandise with professional selling techniques, facilitating customer needs, and upholding company parts policies. Requires strong customer service, organization, computer and systems knowledge, and product knowledge across stored commodities. Offers benefits and opportunities for advancement; schedule is Monday–Friday dayshift.
Required Qualifications
- Previous inventory/parts experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Good computer and systems knowledge
- Confirmed knowledge of inventory management practices
- Product knowledge including features and benefits knowledge of all commodities sold
- Working knowledge of warehouse storage systems and storage layout principles
- Previous experience in a parts or inventory setting
