Job Summary
Packs and ships parts orders, receives inventory, and places items on shelves using a powered industrial forklift. Loads and unloads freight trucks while packing cores and warranties for return. Performs cycle counts and maintains a safe, clean, and organized warehouse area. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs or more, work through multiple transactions simultaneously, and complete daily tasks without constant supervision. Must possess basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of company standards and warranty procedures. High School Diploma or GED preferred with prior warehouse experience.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Service focused
- Able to work through multiple transactions and/or interactions simultaneously
- Basic computer usage and navigation knowledge
- Verbal and written communication to include simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Able to speak precisely and clearly
- Detailed orientated – verbal, written, and observational
- Knowledge of Company Standards, Warranty procedures, and vehicle policies
- Complete daily tasks without constant supervision
- Maintain a clean work environment while completing job tasks
- Dependable and reliable in attendance and achievement of job tasks
- Maintain personal appearance and hygiene to be within company standards
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous Warehouse work experience
- Previous work experience of 6 months or more
