Job Summary
Ensure smooth warehouse operations with minimal supervision by performing receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment tasks. Unload, unpack, examine, and sort inventory while rejecting damaged items and recording shortages. Accurately pull and package customer orders, maintain documentation files, and manage vehicle maintenance protocols. Affix shipping labels and determine shipment methods based on routes and rates. Keep the workplace clean and safe while adhering to the company safety program. This lead role requires forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and strong communication skills within a fast-paced environment. The position supports the Raleigh branch's multi-location dealership model.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year experience in a lead role
- Must lift and carry up to 70 pounds
- committed to a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- professional, positive, results oriented, problem-solving attitude
- able to work independently, or as part of a team
- good written and oral communication skills
- able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and multi-task
- basic computer skills
- Forklift experience
- pass a standard pre-employment drug test, and physical if required
