Job Summary
This entry-level Parts Warehouse position provides warehousing support to our service/parts department, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, assembling and sorting materials, and fulfilling orders. Responsibilities include pulling packing and shipping orders, organizing and retrieving stock, and contributing to productivity and quality goals. The role may involve cross-docking and some driving when necessary, plus operating warehouse equipment such as order selectors and forklifts. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a team, maintain safety as a priority, and participate in Saturday shifts as needed. Training for parts counterperson duties will be provided. Key skills include customer service, effective communication, organization, follow-up, and comfort with technology (computers/tablets/phones). The position requires eligibility to work in the United States, a valid in-state driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience reading written instructions and following procedures
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work a couple Saturdays
- Prior-automotive experience is not required
- One-year customer service experience
- Experience working with technology (computers, tablets, telephones)
- Team player
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Desire to grow in a warehouse role
- Regular attendance and punctuality
