Parts/Warehouse Attendant

Job Summary
Maintain established parts department processes including ordering, receiving, put-away, and freight coordination while using proprietary software to manage machinery parts inventory. Operate company vehicles to pick up or deliver parts and supplies, ensuring daily shipping and receiving and maintaining warehouse organization. Oversee invoicing and payment processing, place supplier orders, and conduct daily cycle counts to follow inventory control practices. Complete all parts department paperwork and ensure ongoing efficiencies through updates and developments. Forklift certification required; background check and drug screen mandatory. Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and mathematical skills to manage inventory, pricing and estimates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical and parts knowledge and experience sufficient to work closely with parts in inventory
- Forklift certification or ability to be certified in the first week of hire
- Experience in a parts, service or inventory department
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be available for M-F schedule (some OT)
- Must be available for paid holidays
- Must be available for Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Must be available for Group Health, Dental, Vision
- Must be available for 401k Retirement Planning w/ company match
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with construction equipment a plus, but not required
