Parts Warehouse Associate - Heavy Equipment

Job Summary
Conduct walk-in and phone-in customer service, research parts orders, and fulfill estimates while managing daily vendor orders. Pull, pack, and ship customer parts accurately; load, unload, receive, and store inventory items. Inspect incoming and outgoing items for damage or discrepancies, assist in weekly inventory counts, and ensure data accuracy. Handle payments following proper cash procedures, make outbound calls to follow up on leads, and send emails regarding orders. Maintain the parts counter and warehouse organization and cleanliness. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and crouching, working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer skills for inventory entry and order management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, crouching, reaching)
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A team-player attitude with the drive to go the extra mile
- Enjoys and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Successful candidate must consent to a drug test and pass a background check upon accepting this position and prior to their start date
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in parts, warehousing, or heavy equipment (preferred but not required)
