Job Summary
Parts Warehouse Associate needed to handle shipping/receiving, stocking, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include entering inventory into NetSuite, operating a forklift and hand-truck, processing freight documents, completing deliveries in a company van, and maintaining safety and customer service standards. Requires warehouse experience, high school diploma or GED, computer literacy (NetSuite/MS Office), and a valid driver’s license; forklift certification preferred. Willingness to work overtime and support teamwork to improve processes and service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; and a minimum of one year warehouse experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and general computer familiarity; ability to learn new software (NetSuite).
- Valid Driver’s License required and Forklift Certification preferred.
- Excellent math, reading, and communication skills; ability to operate a forklift and hand-truck; physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally; safety-minded; attention to detail.
