Job Summary
Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, shipping, deliveries, and customer will-call support while maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper handling. Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, and assist with processing cores, returns, hose fabrication, and shipping documentation. Deliver high-level internal and external customer service through timely, accurate support in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to 6S standards and communicate effectively with leadership, drivers, and technicians to ensure workflow continuity. Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed; valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass WorkSteps testing requirements for the position
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment or obtain certification upon hire
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory information
- Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or extended hours based on operational needs
- Required travel up to 10%
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, distribution, or related experience
- Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, shipping/receiving procedures, and material handling practices
- Ability to utilize inventory systems, order processing software, scanners, and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
