Job Summary
Pick and pack truck parts for all branches within the Allstate Peterbilt Group Network using sit-down forklifts and order pickers. Accurately sort products transferred between branches, weigh, wrap, and load materials on trucks for next-day delivery, and safely build pallets and shipping cages as a team member. Report quality issues to the immediate supervisor while maintaining warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness. Requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic computer skills. Includes 16 days PTO, health insurance, 401(k) match, and CDL reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to pass required drug test and background screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. from the ground unassisted
- Basic understanding of computers
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work well individually
- Ability to work well as a team member
- Must pass a drug test before beginning employment
