Maintain parts inventory and process supplier returns for service work; stock parts and ensure minimum vital stock; verify part/fitment and priorities for R.O.s; prepare parts for service work and next-day appointments using Lightspeed and service scheduler; stay current on model year units and new products; up-sell using current stock; perform OEM online training; collaborate with Parts Manager and service team to optimize parts availability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer computer literacy
- Prefer interest or experience in sales and Powersports industry
- Solid communication skills
