Job Summary
Parts to Service role at Del Amo Motorsports (Chula Vista, CA) focusing on parts and inventory support for the service department. Responsibilities include reviewing R.O.s and follow-ups on urgent part orders with the service manager, tracking S.O.s for PO confirmation, restocking parts to maintain inventory levels, preparing parts for service work and coordinating with schedules, verifying part/fitment accuracy and prioritizing orders, managing inventory and supplier returns, maintaining tools and parts catalogs, monitoring for suspicious activity, and upselling using available stock. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and familiarity with Lightspeed, service scheduling, OEM websites, and general parts operations. Training on OEM systems and staying current with model-year products are also expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer computer literacy
- Prefer interest or experience in sales and Powersports industry
- Solid communication skills
