Quote, locate, and supply parts for a wide range of equipment while reading catalogs to identify accurate components. Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to delivery by answering calls, providing pricing, and offering expert guidance. Pull, organize, and fill orders quickly, then track inventory, perform weekly bin checks, and flag out-of-stock items. Handle billing for service department requests and process customer payments while coordinating shipping or in-store pickup. Work cross-functionally to support other departments and fill in when needed. Maintain strong communication with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
