Job Summary
Perform daily parts management tasks to support the regional Parts Manager/Depot Manager and ensure accessibility to process documentation for all personnel. Coordinate subject matter required by the team to deliver process design within set timeframes while managing parts-related reports. Lead and manage the parts process team using Great People Management principles and BWE Leadership philosophy to motivate behavior aligned to the brand. Ensure the team adheres to department policies, principles, processes, and procedures. Manage inventory through data analysis and proactive collaboration with the inventory planner, leveraging SAP and MS Office skills. This role requires significant previous experience as a parts supervisor and warehouse experience, with a focus on business acumen within Caterpillar systems.
Required Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous significant experience as a parts supervisor
- Be a team player
