Parts Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order filling; manage parts counter and warehouse teams, recruiting, hiring, terminating, reviewing performance, and coaching staff; optimize inventory flow and conduct annual physical inventory; monitor time records, enforce safety and HR policies, and implement senior-management strategies; coordinate budget development and expenditure control with the Parts Manager; act as primary liaison between parts operations and other departments to resolve issues and expedite deliveries; lead by example with professional behavior aligned to company values; travel up to 5%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- 4 or more years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
