Job Summary
Supervise personal and oversee operations at multiple locations, ensuring successful product delivery, procurement, and inventory accuracy for Canon USA. Train, direct, and develop direct reports while evaluating performance and implementing procedures to increase team productivity. Resolve customer issues and provide input to superiors on departmental procedures. Direct on-site supervision of branch operations at least twice monthly and support Spares faculties, traveling out of state as needed when a valid driver's license is held.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of related experience
- management of two or more regular full-time employees
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- desire to develop and lead a team
- valid driver's license
- acceptable driving record
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- reside in the United States at the time of hire
