Job Summary
Parts Store Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, inventory management, order filling, and overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities include leading and coaching parts representatives, supervising supervisors, maintaining accurate time records, conducting annual inventories, ensuring safety and policy compliance, managing expenditures to meet budget, coordinating with other departments, delivering exceptional customer service, providing training, and driving process improvements to optimize store performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and/or three to five years related experience and/or training
